So this is my first post and here I would like to share a recipe of what is a common item in India. That is paneer.

Ingredients:
1. Paneer- 250gm
2. Cream- half cup

3. Milk- a bit more than half cup
4. Onion- two sliced round shape
5. Red Chilli- two sliced longitudinally
6. Honey- two teaspoon
7. Soya sauce- two tablespoon
8. Tomato sauce- one fourth cup
9. Garam masala- 1 tsp
10. Refined oil or olive oil
11. Salt for taste

Procedure:
Paneer:
1. Add one fourth cup oil in the pan and let it heat for one minute. Then add the one onion sliced. Fry it till it turn golden in colour then add one red chilli and one tbsp honey.
2. Lower the heat and add the paneer sliced in cubes and fry it till it attain a bit brownish colour (if required raise the flame but do not let it burn)
3. Now add some salt, a pinch of chat masala mix it well and then turn off the flame and put the dish aside.

For the gravy:
1. Add onion, red chilli and honey as done above in a pan.
2. When this step is done the add some garam masala and a bit red chilli power if you want. Mix it well.
3. Then add the tomato sauce and soya sauce as instructed above (see ingredients)
4. Now mix it well and add some salt for taste.
5. Now add the cream mix it well for a minute and then add the milk heat it for a minute.(you can add more milk if you want more gravy)
6. Now add the paneer which you prepared. Heat it for a minute and the you are done.
7. Serve it with rice, naan, chappati.
This dish can be prepared in 30mins.
